Introducing the Elite Acoustics A1-8 BP 3-Channel Battery Powered Acoustic Guitar Amplifier
The A1-8 has been equipped with the same Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and protective/charging circuits as the A6-55 since 2018. Unlike Lithium Ion (Li+) or Lithium Polymer Batteries (LiPO or Li-Poly), LiFePO4 batteries were chosen for their safety features and durability. These batteries are known for their thermal and chemical stability, reliability, and absence of lithium fire risks. With a longer shelf life compared to many other batteries, the LiFePO4 batteries in our products are enclosed in a metal cage for added safety. Additionally, multiple Battery Protection circuits have been included, such as Over Voltage protection, Thermal Shutdown, Over Charge protection, and Over Drain protection. Rest assured, the LiFePO4 batteries used in our products are UL safety approved and MSDS-certified.
