This Neopets Yellow Kougra poster was 1 of 5,000 produced. It was free with any Neopets Plushie purchase at Toys R Us in the USA on December 12th and 13th 2008, and is since retired! The poster itself is in mint condition, and has never been unfolded-it's still in its original plastic packaging! Any wear you see in this photo, (apart from the small corner in the photo,) is on the plastic cover itself, not the actual poster. The poster does have a virtual code on the back, but it can not be verified if it has been used or not. Please inspect photos before purchasing.
